Everything You Need to Know
I'll try to answer most of the frequently asked questions here including questions about shipping, returns, the brand itself and myself.
WHAT ARE MY PAYMENT OPTIONS?
The website currently offers payments through Paypal and PayU which should allow for all debit and credit cards. Please let me know if you run through any issues with payment. If your transaction fails and any amount is deducted, it will be automatically refunded to you within 14 days of transaction.
WHERE DO YOU SHIP?
I'm currently shipping all over India, owing to courier availability. International shipping is in the works too! Note that free shipping is only available on orders above ₹249.
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?
All orders will be shipped within two weeks of the order being placed. It will generally be sooner. Once it is shipped, it should reach you as per the courier service which is generally 3-4 days.
HOW DO REFUNDS WORK AFTER CANCELLATION?
Once an order is successfully cancelled, you should see the refund reflected in the original mode of payment within 14 days of the cancellation date.
DO YOU TAKE PROJECTS AND COMMISSIONS?
Yes! I definitely do. I'd love to make any memories you have in the same style. While I can't quote a price here, please send me an email or reach out to me through this website to discuss further!
WHAT ELSE IS IN THE PIPELINE?
A lot, actually! Wall posters, more postcards, notebooks, cards, mugs, and just so much more! I'd love to hear you out if you have ideas!
WHAT IS AN NFT?
Non-Fungible Tokens or NFTs for short are a unique version of Slumbering Hollow's art. The idea is that there exists only one NFT for each design. The current owner for the design will officially be a Collector with their name featured on all product pages with those designs. You can find more about NFTs and what makes them different from general files here.
CAN I REPRODUCE ARTWORK IF I OWN THE NFT FOR IT?
No. The idea of Slumbering Hollow NFTs is more from an art-collection perspective. Look at it like this, if you collect a painting from an artist, you don't create copies of it or derive products from it. Owning the NFT is owning the one-of-a-kind cryptographic token of the artwork. There can only be one per artwork in existence.
